Does TigerVPN work for IPTV?
We test all VPN providers together with an IPTV. If you are going to have an IPTV, VPN is the best thing you can do. This is to protect you from authorities, etc.
It was easy to connect to an IPTV and it worked with Tiger VPN’s service.
What pulls the rating down a bit is that there are many servers in Europe but not so spread out in the world. That means that if we set ourselves up in Africa, it will be very tough. It doesn’t hack when we watch TV or movies, but it takes 3-7 seconds before it switches on.
It is a relatively common problem among most VPN services. There are a few that stand out. Most of the time, it seems that the overthrown VPN services are actually the best. Does it work on netflix or svtplay?
TigerVPN and other VPN services are often used by travelers or residents of Portugal to access blocked content. If you are in Portugal, it is visible and you will not be able to access content on Netflix that is available in e.g. USA.

How many devices can I connect?
Tiger VPN has released the restrictions and you can connect multiple devices at the same time. It is not clear how many devices can be connected at the same time. We tested having IPTV running, three mobile phones and two computers. It worked great.
The most common, however, is that you are connected to a few devices. There are also some services that you can connect to your router. We did not manage this with TigerVPN’s service. If you do that, all devices connected to that network will automatically be protected.
The huge plus here was that it was very easy to connect several devices to a VPN.
We could sit in several different “countries” and surf. It’s good if you e.g. traveling with children.
The more people connected to a server can sometimes slow down the network. Then you can counteract this by setting all your children’s devices in different countries.
Does TigerVPN have a support if problems occur?
TigerVPN has 2 different headquarters. One in Romania and one in Slovakia. You can contact them by phone or a web form. They prefer to receive emails, while WE prefer direct contact if problems arise.
How do I get started?
Getting started with Tiger VPN’s service is easy. They have an app that you can download in Google play or in the app store. The first thing you need to do is get a subscription and get an account for them. Once you have received login information, you can then install this on the device or devices you need.
What payment options are available?
On most VPN sites, there are several payment options once you’ve decided. The most common are account/credit card, swish, PayPal, Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency.
We believe that the best payment options are the cryptocurrency. Some companies may even consider getting paid in cash through the mail. It all comes down to how protected you want to be and what your main purpose is for getting a VPN.
Regardless, we advise everyone to have a VPN to protect themselves and their privacy online.

Here is the biggest drawback we can find with TigerVPN. We do not consider them safe enough to use for downloading. We clarify that they do not lower ratings in security to keep you protected online against e.g. hacker. However, they are not clear enough in how well they protect you from authorities if you were to download with a VPN.
What does TigerVPN get in the final rating?
So, what will be the bottom line then?
We think TigerVPN is a perfectly fine service. They are not at the top of our list but not at the bottom either. For those of you who live in Portugal and want to protect your devices here, we could recommend these to you. If you are going to get a VPN for a larger company that requires really good privacy, it could work here, but not if they hire people who are going to travel abroad. Then you risk bad connections.
For those who want to use a VPN for downloading, blocked websites in other countries and who don’t want to have to think about laws outside of Portugal… bet on something else.
